A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

In-house services: we kindly request punctuality as late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply
Mobile services: only available for emergency cases and also cost a higher premium
A 12-hour notice period is required for cancellations and rescheduling. In cases of emergency cancellation made on the day of the treatment and full payment has been made a voucher will be issued with full credit. In cases of rescheduling no payments will be deducted and no extra fees will be charged
