A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
Deposit is non-refundable due to hygiene and service preparations
In-house services: we kindly request punctuality as late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply
Mobile services: only available for emergency cases and also cost a higher premium
Cancellations + Refunds
A 12-hour notice period is required for cancellations and rescheduling. In cases of emergency cancellation made on the day of the treatment and full payment has been made a voucher will be issued with full credit. In cases of rescheduling no payments will be deducted and no extra fees will be charged
Please note we do not issue any cash/card refunds

Vouchers
Rand value vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Once a voucher has been purchased, no refund will be issued.
Vouchers can however be exchanged for different packages of the same value. Packages / Treatments exceeding the value of the voucher will require outstanding balance to be payed off
